At Norakuroya, try out some of the seafood that Hiji is known for, straight from the tank, including the famous marbled sole. Apart from the sole and the kaiseki (banquet style) cuisine on offer, you can also order sashimi and nigiri sushi by the plate. The lunch time offering, 'Marbled Sole Mini Set' is a favorite with customers. In addition, there are all kinds of dishes on offer that have become Norakuroya trademarks. One of these is the marbled sole 'bou' sushi, where the sushi is made by being cut from a long 'stick' of sushi rather than being hand-rolled.
Also popular is the garden eel-themed menu, which can be savored as a course or in a set meal.
